Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Right of Withdrawal for Digital Products (Guide)

For the purchase of our guide: You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of purchase without providing a reason, provided you have not downloaded or used the product. Withdrawal must be communicated via email to paulfifott@gmail.com. Once the product has been downloaded or used, the right of withdrawal is excluded.

2. Cancellation of Coaching Sessions

Coaching sessions can be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. A fee of 200AUD will be charged for cancellations made later than 24 hours before the session. To cancel or reschedule a session, please contact us via email.
